| Very Vegetable Casserole
1 14-oz. can cream of celery soup, undiluted 2 cups frozen green beans 2 cups frozen white corn 1 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/3 cup sour cream 1/2 cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup corn flakes Combine all ingredients except corn flakes in a casserole dish and then sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. The Skinny: Use low fat soup, sour cream and cheese. |
