There is a cafe in Union Pier, Michigan (sw corner) called "The Casual Chef Cafe", at the Pumpernickle Inn. They serve vegetarian and vegan soups. Today I tried their "mint pea spinach soup". It was delicious.
I am wanting to duplicate it. Anyone have a recipe w/ these 3 ingredients pluss.......? It was a fairly smooth soup, served hot w/ home made tomato bread.
Vangy plays in the dirt and likes to cook.
