| I think this is crazy, but here's a start. 1 block soft tofu, drained 1/2 c. soy milk 1/2 c. sugar 1 T. vanilla, lemon, or almond (which ever you prefer) 1/4 c. maple syrup 1 gram cracker crust blend up the stuff, pour into the crust, bake 350 for 30. chill. Top with blueberries (or whatever) Kebler reduced fat gram cracker crust is apparently vegan. |
