Can one freeze or can baba ganoush? I'd like to while my eggplants are coming in hot & heavy. If so, please tell me how. If you tried one or the other and it was an utter disaster, I'd like to know too! Thanks!

What IS baba ganoush? Most vegetable meals can be processed in a pressure canner. Try to find something similar to the ingredients and follow the timing for that recipe.
