LOOKING for: Freezing/Canning Baba Ganoush

| Can one freeze or can baba ganoush? I'd like to while my eggplants are coming in hot & heavy. If so, please tell me how. If you tried one or the other and it was an utter disaster, I'd like to know too! Thanks! |

What IS baba ganoush? Most vegetable meals can be processed in a pressure canner. Try to find something similar to the ingredients and follow the timing for that recipe.
