| Does anyone here have a recipe for a "Veggie Burger" that was made with mushrooms, nuts, and soy (tofu)? I used to make them back in the early 80's and they were great. I could eat them on a toasted bun, but really liked them with a mushroom and onion sauce over rice. Sort of like a cross between salisbury steak and stroganoff combined.
They were really good and would like to make them again. But, I cannot find my recipe, don't remember who, where, or how I got it. I think it might have been in the Longmont Times Call newspaper when I visted a friend up there. But, doing a search on that newspaper, I came up with nothing.
Anyone know what I am talking about?? |
