| Here's my favorite. Pecan Balls 2 cups bread crumbs 1 cup shredded cheese(Your choice) 1 cup finely ground pecans 1/2 cup chopped onions 6 eggs (I don't like to use that many so I use 2 and add extra water) 2 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp sage oil Mix all ingredients except oil. Shape into 11/2 inch balls. Fry in oil over med. heat till browned on all sides. Serves 6 |
