CUCUMBER SOUP


This dish reminds me of the Greek yogurt sauce, tadziki. The flavors

are quite similar.

1 cup cucumber, peeled and copped

2 cups of water

1/3 cup onions, chopped

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 tablespoon sugar

Dash salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in food processor. When mixing, it's best to

use the pulse so as to avoid getting too much air in the soup. Serve

chilled.
