1 Package Tofurkey Oven Roasted
1 Small Onion
1 package Horizon Organic Mozzarella Cheese
2 Table Spoon Kikkoman Soy sauce
1 1/2 Table Spoon Veg or Canola oil/ Organic butter
Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls
Yellow Mustard (optional)
Veganaise
Organic Black Pepper

To prepare ingredients, first slice the Tofurkey lengthwise into 1/2 inch wide strips, then cut in half to make good 2 to 2.5 inch in length and seperate. Chop onion fine. Heat oil/butter in pan or skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add chopped onion. When onions start to brown, add in sliced Tofurkey. Once Tofurkey starts to brown, add Soy Sauce and black pepper. Once Tofurkey browns, and Soy sauce is absorbed, add Cheese. Mix until cheese melts creating Gooey Goodness. Remove from pan. Warm buns in the oven or on griddle. Remove from heat, add Veganaise / mustard to buns. Top with gooey Goodness and serve. Watch them disappear. Serve with Onion Rings/ french fries/ sweet potato fries.

Bon Apetite!

This sandwitch seems to be different and special. Thank you for sharing.

I found Carrot Sandwich recipe at Yreach which is also tasty and simple to prepare. And carrot is very good for health.
