Years ago I used to be able to get this wonderfully creamy lasagna made with spinich. There was no tomatos and had a crumbly topping that turned golden brown when heated. It was made at a co-op that is no longer in business and I've tried ALL the co-ops in the city. I sure hope someone knows what I'm talking about.
