| Amaranth Date Bread
From The Bread Machine Cookbook - Melissa Clark (my favorite bread machine book!) 1 lb. loaf 1 cup water
1 1/2 lb. loaf 1 1/3 cups water
Add to your machine in the order given in your instruction book and bake according to manufacturers directions. Add the dates during the raisin-bread cycle, or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
