RECIPE: Great Cookbook!

Ok, I got this cookbook and I just gotta tell people about it!

It's called "How it All Vegan" (pronounce it like 'began'), and it is so wonderful! It's by these two girls, Sarah Kramer and Tanya Barnard, and the book has all this neato information on what vegan bodies need, and what products are made from animals and lots of recipes, not just for food, but cleaning solutions and pet treats. I love my new cook book, I think everyone should have this! LOL
