| Years ago I used to make a delicious vegetarian meatball recipe called "Neatballs." Ground or chopped walnuts was a main ingredient, and they were baked with a small amount of tomato sauce that coated them.
I lost the recipe some time back and would love to have it again. Anyone? Thanks! Susan |

| I don't have an actual recipe for neatballs, but did post a recipe for pecan balls. If you just type pecan balls in the Search box, it will come up. |

| GardenBurger has frozen faux meatballs that are a pretty good starting point. Like most prepared vegetarian food, I think they need a little help flavorwise. But the texture is good and they do the hard part for you. Teri |
