| SPIKED STRAWBERRIES
1-1/2 cups orange juice
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 quarts strawberries
Combine first 3 ingredients; pour over strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes.
Drain. Garnish with mint leaves if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
