| I've tried out this recipe my niece shared with me and it's delicious. 1 cup of vanilla soy milk 1 frozen banana 2 dates, chopped and pitted 1 or 2 tablespoons of any kind of nut butter. (I've tried using peanut butter and it tastes like a reeces blizzard at dairy queen. And soy butter tastes the same as peanut, but offers less fat, more protein). Blend all in a blender and enjoy! These are so good and have a lot of nutrition, and even more if you use enriched soy milk. |
