first time on this list not much of a meat eater myself . Ijust cant stand the sight of raw meat anymore , and I cant digest meat if I do eat it .Has anyone ever heard of dr Lorain Day ? he has a diet I think its called garden of eden , heard her on a radio show the other night was half asleep . But she sounded quit interesting .

I've gotten to be the same way with meat. I have never heard of either the diet or Dr. Lorraine Day, but did go and look her up on a search engine. Couldn't find anything regarding the diet you mentioned but apparently she has written several books about diet and disease. Sorry I'm of no help.
