| to feed four i use about 2-3 pitas. preheat oven to 400. line baking sheets with parchment paper if you have it - if not lightly oil. cut pitas into sixths and separate. place in ziploc bag and add enough oil to coat each triangle (i like extra virgin oilve oil) add seasonings to your liking (salt, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper) sometimes i use the seasonings that come in packets to make ranch dressing or guacamole. bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning triangles over midway. homemade pita chips are great with hummus or guacamole! |
