| Scrambled Tofu:
Dice and Saute: 1 onion, 1 pepper, 2 stalks celery, 2 cloves fresh garlic.
Add: l block mashed TOFU, 1/4t turmeric, 1t curry powder, 2T soy sauce (or to taste), 2T nutritional yeast,1t kelp powder or 1T Hiziki seaweed.
Cook on high for a few minutes until heated thoroughly. If TOFU is too wet, cook a bit longer. If it sticks, add a bit of oil.
A few minutes before serving
Add: 3T chopped parsley
6-8 sliced mushrooms.
Continue to cook until mushrooms are done, about 5 min.
