There are no vendors with large selections of moss species to grow. Your best bet is to inventory everything you can find on the net. Also keep in mind that you can find mosses in nursery grown pots of regular flowering plants locally in some cases. You may want to try to collect interested species on your own if they occur near you. Also you should check eBay as some mosses are offered off and on there. Same with Lycopodium. Very few species can be found on the net for sale. eBay is your best bet with these. Dawsonia! Far as I know it is not grown in this country even in any university greenhouse but ??? However, I have contacted a New Zealander to see if they can provide spores as spores can be sent international with no problem unless the species is CITES restricted on any plant material of the species. They have expanded since I was there. They are putting out different kinds of shrubs so you can see what you'd like to grow. These are small now so don't expect much yet. They had some nice combinations - sedum and vitex, purplish petunia with ageratum, a white garden with snow on the Mt. white dahlia, white butterfly bush etc. The grasses were what inspired me. There was a small one ruby grass that I am going to have to track down. Some plants that had bloomed earlier looked ratty just like in my yard, that is the nature of flowers.

Sauce is a small portion of total food cost. If it sells, why not. Tabasco has dominated the field for a long long time. Now more are coming, including our own Judo_and_ peppers. I have made more hot sauce within past 12 months than all my life before that. I think Capsaicin is finally getting the respect it deserves, in America. :-)
