| I have a 7 yr that in NJ I must have in a booster seat, it doesn't look like I need one for our vacation in FL...?? Can anyone confirm that??

| From what my SIL tells me they aren't required past 4. But I would bring it anyway. The purpose is not the law but the safety of our children. Traveling around in an unfamiliar city, anything could happen. Better to have the child safe and snug. |
