Attire for Emerils's restaurant?

In New Orleans? For lunch and dinner? Are jackets required? We were both going to just wear dress pants and a nice top. Hate packing more than we have to for one restaurant.Thanks.
Also will take any restaurant suggestions you may have while we are there.

I just looked up the website, and it says "Attire: Casual to Business attire. No flip flops or tank tops please."

Looks like pants and a top are fine. Have fun, and don't forget beignets at Cafe du Monde!

Here is a link that might be useful: Emeril's Fish House

We were at NOLA's last week for lunch, and the only dress restrictions are no cutoffs or tank tops. It was a dining experience as lunch took 2 1/2 hours, and we enjoyed our visit. We would like to try one of his other resturants in the future.

No suggestions here, just wanted to say LUCKY YOU!
I won tickets to see his show in New York but couldn't get off work to go. Love that man!

Melody,
What a shame.
Did you get someone to go in your place???
I know if you go to the Emeril fan chat on the food network, folks are willing to pay just about anything to go.

Cheers!

When we received our information packet, it was very clear that you could not forward your tickets. You needed to bring a letter that was enclosed and photo ID of all parties. My son and his girlfriend wanted to try to get in, but I talked them out of it. (Kept the packet as a reminder anyway)
