| Has anyone used these tour companies for U.S. western escorted vacations. Are they good for seniors also? Quality? They state they are deluxe. ARe they?? Any problems? |

| I have been looking into vacations w/ Caravan. They have a web site and seem reasonable. Most of their trips are $995. per week. That does not include transportation to the starting point. It includes a lot of meals which makes it very reasonable to me. I asked our travel agent if she was familiar w/ them and she said they were good. She also said if you ever went w/ Tauck you'd never go with anyone else. But! they are pricey!. We're going to San Francisco in May with a gal from here that does this every month--somewhere different, that is. I think she's pretty pricey, but it will be worth it to me. My husband lets me do all the homework--and it can be a pain. So, I'm looking forward to this one. She also goes on cruises, but I dont see why you'd need a guide for a cruise. We've been on several cruises and there was no problem. They have people on the boat for that. |
