| We are going to Spain this year and would love some feedback about places to go, things to def see. We will be in Madrid, Barcelona and any little towns on the way. 7 days. This is a family trip, so it has to have something for everyone.
Thanks!! |

| My husband and I took our 3 children and grandmother to Spain last spring (07). We flew into Madrid and headed South toward Cordoba, Granada, and Seville. Madrid was absolutely wonderful. We were surprised with how few people spoke English - our children are fluent in Spanish so they were our translators for the trip. If you have time - try and visit El Escorial - a small city just west of Madrid. The city is set in the mountains and is home to a beautiful monastery - which is stunning. I'd also try and visit Toledo - a very neat old walled city - worth taking the time to see. Unfortunately - that's all I can offer since our travels took us South and you're headed East - have a great time. We can't wait to go back. The Spanish are wonderful people and love children. |
