| My family is planning a month long vacation in a RV from Georgia to California this summer. What places would be on your must see list? |

| Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Custer's National Park, Garden of the God's and those are just the ones off the top of my head. |

| I'm assuming you're hitting the lower states. I did a similar trip from CA to NC. Saw Elvis home in Memphis, road the Mississippi river on a steamboat. Santa Fe, NM is awesome--really unique with all the adobe architecture. Grand Canyon for sure, also Sedona, AZ is nearby with the cliff-dwelling Native American villages. Fort Worth, Texas is neat with the historic stockyards and the rodeo each weekend. San Antonio is gorgeous with the Riverwalk and the Alamo. In California, I'd see Joshua Tree out in the desert. Palm Springs is interesting; you can ride a tram up the hillside and oversee the city. Then of course there are the beach cities all along the coast--my fave being Newport. Venice Beach has it's own zany appeal. Hollywood is a must-see with the Walk of Fame, Chinese Mann's Theatre. There's San Diego. |
