found this old maple tv console cabinet....(minus tv) cut out the inside added a shelf and vintage shutters as doors then gave it a shabby chic look....now that ive been looking at it, would it make a cute sink vanity? anyway it was alot of fun redoing this trashed piece hope you enjoy....(I want more tv consoles now lol)sorry pics make it look more dirty than shabby chic but in person it is adorable....

It looks like such a great , solid piece of furniture. and the shutters just add to that curvie piece on the bottom !!! It's just Fantastic... ( I WANT IT !!!)

sorry it took me awhile to get back to ya, I use heirloom white then I use a WATER base stain (do not use oil lol) in a med brown....if I cant find the right color stain i get a light color and just add some paint til i get the color i love...you brush stain on then wipe off asap...its alot of fun to do plus if you have furniture in bad shape nicks and scratches this just adds to the shabby look
