Vintage ornaments motherlode

Went to a garage sale at a cottage near mine. A couple had just bought a cottage and cleaned years of stuff out of the attic, closets, etc. They didn't have much that I was interested in, but I always remember my SIL's advice to look under the tables. I saw a large ornament storage box, maybe 36" x 18" by 24" filled with ornaments from the 50s and 60s. Box marked "$2.50 takes all." Gladly payed it! There were layers of old glass ornaments, which I love. Some had crevices (my favorites). There were also some Disney, Thomas Kinkade, stained glass, etc. Gave those away to relatives who collect them. At the bottom of the box, I found unused 60s wrapping paper and tags, ribbon, bows, three pairs of scissors, extension cords, yarn and a few modern day gift bags. Can't wait to use my stuff for the holidays!
