Fiestaware junk

This isn't exactly about trash, because I had to pay for it, but I stopped at the Zanesville Pottery Outlet this wkend and for $8 I bought a big (8x8x4) box of Fiesta Ware shards. The box I got was all pastels, and there are enough pieces for 3-4 mosaic projects. There were several with part or all of the Fiesta/Homer Laughlin trademarks, as well as a cup handle and the knob from probably a sugar bowl. My brother collects antique Fiesta ware(the stuff I use is new) and I'm going to mosaic a wide-framed mirror I bought at IKEA in Pittsburgh the day before. Fioriware in Zanesville also has broken pottery, but theirs are about $30 a box; also Hartstone pottery carries them. If you collect pottery or china, this looks like fun. I know I'll never throw away another broken dish again.
