Has anyone used old vinyl records?

I recently spotted some crafts made from old records, and I was wondering how you would cut them up. Would it be with a fine saw blade? I hadn't found any directions,just some pretty things I'd love to make for myself.

My DD has used them for a lot of things...
I am adding her etsy link, and she said just go to it and email her from there....she will answer your questions! She is a whacky redhead, but will be glad to share her knowlege with you!

IMO often you get what you pay for . Mannington has been around a long time has the other company? That would make this decision a bit easier for me I would go with the guy with the best record.

Yes. We just put in V-Evo Durato Luxury Vinyl Plank in the color called Beantown throughout our whole house about 2 months ago. We love it! I must say, it is more work to keep it clean than it was just vacuuming carpet. But it is much cleaner and makes the house fresh and clean. Here are some photos.

Oh my goodnessssss :) Thanks so much njtomboy! I really like the purses, and the headband....ok, I loved all of it,lol! A lot of information there in those tutorials. I'm sorting through my crafts right now cleaning up some messes (unfinished projects) to get ready for some crafts made from records and aluminum cans.

Yeah... some have more info than others.. but they give you an idea of your options.

That's why I loved HGTV shows like B. Original, Treasure Makers and the old episodes of Decorating Cents.. even if I didn't like the projects.. I got tons of ideas from their techniques used! LOL
