| I found this in the trash, have cleaned it up, wondering if it could be painted, and if so, what to do about/for it?
I don't do the painting, but would love to have someone locally perhaps put vines, flowers, and something about gardening on the top, where the handle is, then I thought maybe about hanging it on my fence that is the backdrop of a large part of my garden. Would there be anyone out there with some advice on how to proceed? |
