The easiest way that I know of is to take a digital picture of the plans. Either: * take a pic of the hard copy (if you can fit a whole page in the view finder) ...or * print out the PDF with the Page Scaling set to "Reduce to Printer Margins" (when you click on Print, half-way down the print dialog it says "Page Handling", that's where you'll find number of "Copies" as well as the "Page Scaling" options) If needed, also check the "Auto-Rotate and Center" checkbox. Now, take a digital picture of each page that you just printed out. Finally, you can upload the picture(s) to your computer, resize as needed, upload to Flicker, and post! HTH!
