Kylie, Guitar Hero is soooo addictive and fun! KILLS your fingers though..people's pinkies were NOT meant to move that way, lol. I don't think a person could play that stoned, lmao..I know I couldn't..I wouldnt hit one note! Well, I ALMost beat it on Medium now..I just can't win the battle with Lou..last one and I am done on Medium level. The final battle song is 'the devil went down to georgia' I let my son try so I could give my fingers a rest, and of course he beat it, lol. Very beautiful flowers, Silverkelt. Your garden is colorful and interesting and very cottagey. I love the Double Gold Rudbeckia too. We grew Clarkias in California, but haven't ever tried them here. I'd have to order them, as they are not sold here in any nursery I've been to anyway. I have ONE plant of Irish Eyes this year. One of my dogs dug up all of my seedlings I planted last year but the one. I put a wrought iron skirt around it and is doing fine and blooming this year. I shouldn't have planted them where I did. I knew he dug in there. Going to move her around to the back where I grew them before. She is one of my faves too. Such BIG flowers and the green center cones are so different. (I love greens). I hope my Heritage rose is that lovely when it grows up. I grew it from a cutting that 'plantmaven' sent me two years ago. And what fragrance! You could never post too many pictures as far as I am concerned. I LOVE to see pictures! Maine is such a beautiful part of this country. The forest at the back of your flowers with your path going back that way is very picturesque. Lucky you to have that as your background. I bet you see a lot of wildlife. Thanks for sharing with us. Four- I claimed the pizza dough was defying gravity - ski klister wax defies gravity also - for all of you Nordic skiers - so I am going to the ski store and buying a stiff ski brush. - this should work to remove the burned on mess(after cooking just the stone and residual for about an hour at high temperature) from the pizza stone. I read ideas to clean the stone - from washing it- no way, it is porous! Running it in the self cleaning oven feature - no way - I am not trying this as I remove my racks during self clean! Then I saw the stiff brush idea and I looked at my skis and they agreed but suggested a new brush without ski wax mixed into the brush! I plan to try again next week!

Too much stuff to list. I will stop and pick up something beside the curb and I frequently dive the local thrift shop dumpster. All of my clothes come from there. This weekend I got a lot of stuff...including an nice old avacado green pyrex bowl...the kind with a spout on both ends, extra large. And a concrete bird bath. Only thing wrong with the bird bath, is it is painted light pink, but I can live with that. It is heavy and perfect otherwise. Also, a radio/telephone/alarm clock, still in the box. Mostly I look for garden related stuff. Recently I got 28 house plants at the thrift shop dumpster...all in good condition. I also pick up flower pots, trellises, and anything that I can use as bedding for my possums. I love finding knit caps, which the thrift shop routinely throws away, because no one buys them here. The baby possums love them.
