The Martians have landed

Just thought I'd share the "Garden Martian" that my neighbor made and stuck in my garden. It's made out of gears and welded together. We have since added a red crystal that hangs down in the center. Isn't he cute!?

How cute is he! So many neat things that you can make when you know how to weld!

RE: The Martians have landed

Yep, he sure is cute and I agree about the welding business! Just makes me hurt - I can think of MORE stuff that I could make if I could just weld!

RE: The Martians have landed

that's actually the most interesting lawn bit I've seen in a long time... please do buy your neighbor a cup of coffee for me!

He makes me smile:>)

RE: The Martians have landed

Aren't there products available for the welding impaired of us?

I would love to be able to make things like that for my lawn but no way am I wanting to light up a torch or welder!

That is simply adoreable!
