I will not be much help on the garage doors, however I just redid about all of our exterior doors. What I did was scrub them down and then lightly sanded them in tough spots. (Are you planning to take off the current latex paint before re-apply a new color? If so, there is a whole process for that) We used Behr Premium Plus Ultra Exterior Flat and have loved the results and especially the price. I am no expert though, just hope I could be of some help! Maries1120, for the Capitol White, you need to pick up the booklet of Williamsburg Collection colors, it's not on a paint chip. Olychick, wait until you see the bright mustard yellow hallway (small sliver shows in the photo) and the super saturated orange master bathroom. I do like the green walls and the aqua cabinets, those colors go with the rest of our decor. gsciencechick...keep looking and you'll find a great house. (Maybe one that only needs walls painted) A special hats off to Tibbrix for the excellent recommendation! You are absolutely right, this creamy white looks good under any lighting, day or night. It is hard to capture the creamy lusciousness of it in photos. Thank you all for the compliments, kinda made my day. :-)
