I see it all the time in news articles. It's annoying. I sometimes spell things wrong here when I first type them up or use the wrong word altogether, but I will go back and fix my mistakes later if I notice them, and I'm not a professional who should know how to spell and punctuate. If you're working at a news organization you should do it right. I also write a lot of run-on sentences, but again, I'm not a professional writer. Working from home we have a list made every month for a tally sheet to keep track of calls we get. The person who made the list misspelled my very common last name this month. It annoys me every time I pull it up. My name is only 5 letters long.

I didn’t even know there was a grid or hints! To me and my friends its just a joke to have some random internet game pronounce you a genius, so we brag to each other about our status. I have picked up some new words from playing, but find I miss the same ones over and over. If I do eventually remember one of those, then I will usually always remember after that. I do look at the page with stats to see how many pangrams there are so I’ll know whether to continue to look for more, as they are the fastest way to accumulate points.

I play Wordle every morning and share results with two of my best friends. Time means nothing to us. Take your time. One of us uses the same starting word every day so she cannot post her results until the rest of us have posted ours since her results reveal spoilers. One day I got it first word. It surprised me more than anything. Since that high point I have gone 6 and out a couple of times. We do keep a list of winning words, regularly updated by moi.
