The thing is some time back GW belched or something and lost a lot of the threads so even doing a search now does not always turn up past threads. sleeperblues did you notice I did not mention how much I love the look of the Berkin? LOL I do I admit I have Berkin lust, definitely do not have Berkin money however. I even looked at some of the good fakes and they are several hundred dollars too. I agree the purses like Coach and Dooney and a few others are pricey but they have a life time guarantee and they do honor them, so for something that will be with you for a lifetime I have been known to open the piggy bank. Purses have long been my drug of choice it is a sick addiction! LOL Everytime my eyes glaze over when I spot one I must have my husband just shakes his head and says you have tons of purses, yes and you have tons of power tools. That pretty much ends that discussion.

Hummmm, I wonder if I saved any of them. Well, its a trip to the attic to go thru the many boxes of stuff that I've saved.

George, That's the sort of mistake a person only makes once. My worst habanero mistake was to grow a no-heat red habanero (Zavory) in the same year I grew the regular and very hot red habanero called Red Savina. I grew them apart from one another so I could harvest separately and not mix them up. That worked. I harvested the Zavory peppers into one plastic bowl and the Red Savina peppers into a separate plastic bowl. Both bowls were identical in appearance and the peppers looked enough alike to me that I couldn't tell the two different types apart. I should have labeled the bowls while harvesting because once I was back in the house, I got the two bowls confused which ended up being a problem when the big bite of Zavory that I took so I could see if it truly had habanero flavor with no heat actually ended up being a big bite of Red Savina. (sigh) It was a painful lesson but one that I learned well and never forgot. Jerry's post is well-written and very entertaining. One day---maybe no a really rainy day or something---or in the dead of winter---we need to start a post where everyone can admit to their worst garden mistakes.
