hello, this is my first posting here, hope it is the right place.i inherited an old desk with drawers.the drawers have glued on fabric in them.the drawers smell real bad and i don't like the red color.does anyone know how to remove this fabric from the drawers,i forgot to say that the fabric is felt.thank you for any ideas.
I hope someone knows the answer to this. I need to remove 1970's flocked wallpaper from cabinet wood door panels and this stuff is on there like cement! I don't think wallpaper remover is going to work.
This site is for woodworking, but glue is glue, right? It suggests heat and/or steam, so my suggestion is to try using your iron on the felt, using the hottest steam setting. Good luck!
