We printed out coupon for $36 off from Vision Works, but didn't bring it along, since thought our kid's glasses would be covered by insurance (can't use coupon). When we were ready to pay, our insurance didn't go through, and we had to DRIVE ALL THE WAY home, just to fetch the coupon. I don't like shopping at Bed & Bath Beyond since it's a hassle to take the 20% coupon along. I forgot one time, and the store clerk won't give me one. What I love about the Internet is it ENABLES the average person to take care of themselves better, without paying $$$ to "experts" who don't give a damn. My husband is "one" with his car, so when it broke down, he knew immediately that's the generator. He took his old generator to the auto-shop to be tested. They tested it WRONG, and told him it's OK. So he took his car to the dealer. The dealer charged $$$ for diagnostic tests, but could not find anything wrong with his car. HIs car broke down again !! He got mad and took it to his friend, a mechanic. His friend agreed that it's the generator, put a new one in, and it WORKED !! Same with my sister, a retired Internal Medicine doctor with decades of experience. My period stopped at menopause (51) for months, then it came back ungodly heavy. My M.D. sister told me it's cancer. I disagree, and told her it's from the pumpkin seeds I eat for months. She didn't believe me until I dug up researches from government website that prove the potent estrogenic effect of pumpkin seeds. My 12 year old daughter was also eating tons of pumpkin seeds, and had 1-month-long period. Both of our bleeding stopped when we stopped the pumpkin seeds, with the Internet confirmed our suspicion.

I wonder if your teaspoons will have more elongated leaves being in more sun than the rounder ones I think happen in more shade? I'm not surprised to see the whites burning on High Society. It will be interesting to see what acclimates to more sun next year. I have one in sun that burns every year, and it just dawned on me to move it, lol. Ironically, it's Sun Power. It looks great in spring, which I suppose is why I've left it there, but it can't take the harsh sun we have by summer.

Since you have paid the bulk of the money out and don't have enough left over to completely re-do the work I would be contacting the owner of the company. Not sure that this is the blackdogbuilders you are using, but they seem to indicate that they are wanting to provide excellence. I would approach the owner with a sense of disappointment and a feeling that you believe he must be unaware of the issues that are happening in your project and you are sure that he would not want this poor quality work to be associated with his good name. I would quote statements from their "About us" page and say how disappointed he must be that the PM, drywall installer and painter have disparaged his values and expectations. Show him that you are on his side and they are the ill reputes who are trying to ruin his reputation and kindly ask for his assistance in finding a remedy. If you don't have the knowledge to identify the issues hire a painter for a 1 hour consultation to explain exactly what has gone wrong so that you can explain it in your communication and sound like you honestly do understand what is wrong and what needs to be done to correct the problem. Otherwise you risk them just continuing to throw more paint on the problem. They need to stop painting and start fixing the underlying causes, fix the drywall, clean up any and all paint splatter . . . A painter will be able to help you know the correct process that should have happened and how to fix it. Keep anger out of the communication.
