I would like to find someone in North Dakota, northern South Dakota or eastern Minnesota. Does anyone know of a craft dealer who does this in any of these areas?

Local craft shows/fairs where hand painted items are sold might also be a way to find a painter. Michael's used to offer painting classes, you might contact one of the class teacher's. She might be interested or know of a student who could do it.

One other option you might keep in mind would be using stencils or the decals. There are lots of sites offering both on the web.
