Can you use spray paint over crackle mediu,m?

| I am redoing a coffee table and was wondering if anyone has used spray paint instead of painting over the crackle . . . and if so, flat or what? Thanks |

| I have never done that, but I think your spray paint would fall into the crackle seams and the seam would show thru. If you like that look, than just go ahead. |
