| Disclaimer: I DID NOT make this!
Saw these signs at Homegoods, but resisted, even though they tickled my funny bone and had such pretty glitter lettering. (You all know how I struggle to do neat lettering!) Later when I went back, they were all gone. ;o( Then a week later, while in Marshal's, I saw some on a bottom shelf so decided to splurge and buy one to display on the shelf outside under my livingroom window. Thought I'd share a pic in case it might be an inspriation for someone. (The sign--not the verse! LOL) It is long, the measurements are 7x40 inches. At least it will be easy to store away since it is flat. I had seen one for Valentine's also. It had the heart shape cutout on one end, and said "Together is the nicest place to be". Sorta wish I had bought that one too. Luvs

| These are so cute. Luvs, you are such a good painter, just print out what you want to say on the computer and then transfer it to the piece you are painting. I bet you can do as good a job as the one you purchased. B |

| Luvs~ I agree. I bet you could have painted it as good or better. I do like the sign though. St Patty's is on the 17th, right? Wonder if I have time to get something cut out and painted by then? I have a Gaye Shoell Leprechaun that I want to do, but he's pretty involved looking. I may run to Lowe's tomorrow and buy some wood. ~Anj |
