Amazing thing happened

Have to share this story: Today I ran up to the store to pick up a couple of items--in a good mood, standing in checkout line. Noticed the lady in front of me was wearing the neatest apron with pockets in the front. Spoke up and said "I love your apron--that would be perfect to wear when I am painting--can't tell you how many times I get paint on my clothes." She said "Thanks, my daughter paints too. Here take this one, you can just throw it in the washer." I said "Oh, you don't have to do that, I just wondered where to get one like it". She said "Please take it, I work at the school, and we have lots more that are never used--just enjoy it and say a little prayer for me each time you wear it." Now was that not an amazing encounter? Just made my day--and her's too from the smile on her face. Luvs

What goes around comes around and you do so much for people I'm glad it was your turn on the comes around!! Enjoy that pretty apron and I know you will think of her every time you wear it and it will give you a little lift. :) ~Anj

Just goes to show that in spite of what we read in the paper and hear on the news, there are a lot of nice, considerate, thoughtful, caring people in the world. Just like on here and the GJ forum. ;o) Luvs

What a nice story,good to make a new friend,even if you never see her again,you'll think of her every time you put that apron on.You probably made her day as well as she made yours.Kinda restores my faith in humanity.
