I want to paint on a canvas bag someting about knitting. We drew names at work and the name i got she knits. I bought a pattern book I thought she might not have and 4 kinds of yarn. I want to put it all in a canvas bag with handles that I have painted on. I'd like knitting needles, yarn, and put her name on it. Can you help?

Here's another one--it's about halfway down the page on the right and says "I love knitting". Hope these help. Luvs

This site has several ideas--take a look! Can't help but wonder if the "granny in a rocker" would work! LOL

KSh.......don't remember seeing any knitting patterns in any of my books. You might try googling cross stitch patterns or a knitting site where you might copy and paste a picture then just use your own color scheme.

Lots of Luck

I don't have any patterns for that either, but I will try to search as well. I think it would be nice to do some wording....something about being "Close knit friends" maybe? You can print it out on the computer the size and font you like and then transfer it over and paint it.

I want to think I may have a pattern in one of my books with Chris Thronton with yarn and a kitten but don't know if you would be able to find the book as it is OLD. I really like Anj's "Close Knit Friends" and you could paint anything with that. I didn't take time to go look at all of Luvs links but she's great at finding things on the net.

Be sure and post a picture when your done. Punk
