Punk: I could use MINE or DH's for a Western table, but I doubt DD would let me use hers ;^D As for Petits Fours, IMO they look much better than they taste, although DD tells me that the chocolate ones are extra yummy this time. Karen, of course I'll adopt you ;`P . . . or just stop by anytime and I'll fix you some brats. Congrats Linda!!! I have the Monkey Shines embroidery for the quilt and I want to make it for myself! I fell in love with it years ago and have yet to make it. I think it is a gorgeous quilt that will be loved for a long time. Too many in my family want the baby quilt with the date, name etc. and they use it for a short time and put it in the closet. I want mine to be used before they dry rot lol!!!! Looking forward to seeing pics of the quilt and the baby. Rosa

Heck yea Kathy, Move over! I'm with ya. Actually I am in a dilemma over Mother's Day. On Saturday my life long friend (we met the summer before kindergarten) is having a baby shower (her first - FINALLY). The shower is in a a town halfway between my town and my moms. I'm 85 miles from my mom. I want to just go from the shower on to my moms Saturday night. That way I can spend The day with my mom and my grandma. Really the draw is my grandma. I can't imagine I'll have many more with her. But, I too have kids that always want to make me stay in bed while they and their father make me breakfast. They always make a big show out of it. It really makes them so happy to do that and like mentioned above, they wont want to do that much longer. I'm so torn. (thumping head on desk)
