| I always think it's funny that the abbreviation for bio-mom is the same abbreviation commonly used for bowel movement:) I'm not being mean, as I am a BM (bio-mom) myself. Has anyone else ever thought of that? |

| MIL and FIL-mother and father in law and also XMIL and XFIL -exparents in law. BIl brother in law. SIL-sometimes i saw people using it for son in law sometimes sister in law. |

| I am 71 and I think of myself as a modern woman who gets right in on new things. I am first and often the only one in my circle of friends and family who embraces new technology like PCs, but I guess I am finally getting old. I hate the abbreviations, especially the one for names of the posters. I had no idea what they stood for, I just get disgusted and move on. I would never be able to read a text message from a kid. LOL If I want to address a poster I copy and paste their ID. |
