I am taking my son to the doctor in the morning to discuss a problem we found after he had an accident at school. It is called an Arachnoid Cysts. It is a pocket of fluid on the brain.

There have been no improvements over the last days, he does open his eyes from time to time but has no strength to communicate with them. His stroke caused bleeding in the brain, caused from high blood pressure. He is also diabetic and on dialysis 3 times a week. They are having a hard time giving him dialysis because the filter keeps clogging and he can not be given a blood thinner.Terri has not been home since he went to the hospital. We go out each day and do what needs to be done, feed the cats, get the mail and things. Thanks for the continued prayers. Sue

Thank you all so much!! Her meds were adjusted,her mask adjusted as well,to get the full benefit of the oxygen,and to my knowledge this morning,she has rallied and is coming along. thank you again!!

my prayers are with you nikemama. My SO has a cyst like that, also dicovered accidentally long time ago after he had an accident and had to have MRI.

If it helps, all three of a close friend's children had these! In all three cases, they were removed uneventfully.

Try to relax and I'll be sending positive energy.

My son was playing two hand touch and he and another boy ran head long into each other. He got tired and sick feeling so I took him to the hospital. They did the CT Scan and found it.

He can be emotionally removed and act in a way that makes you think ADHD. In a way I am hoping that this is why and it can be fixed in other ways you never want to hear something is wrong with your child.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We humbly beseach you to hear this prayer and bestow your mercy upon this child and his family. To comfort and protect them in your loving arms. To alleviate their pain and fears, and provide them with hope. To grace them with the courage and strength to endure, and triumph over this affliction. To heal this child by providing his physicians with the wisdom and skill to restore his health. Thank you Lord for hearing this prayer.

We went to the doctor yesterday. He says that the place it there but for right now we don't need to do anything. Says it is okay and we will look at it again in another year.

my prayers are with you. My son has cancer and was diagnosed in late August so I understand your fear and concern right now. Just believe God will help you, pray and do the footwork, one foot in from of the other.
