Stained Glass & Mosaics

help me resize pattern on computer

I found a small picture of a stained glass window in a log cabin magazine, I want to scan and resize this picture , or pattern , to fit the window in my entry door. I'm sure this can be done on the computer but I don't know how. I've tried differant things and it's not working out , (just using a word program)

Please help, someone!!!!

What size is your window?? If it is large you prob should take it to a Kinko's etc.. They have the means to resize pix and doesn't take much time to do it. I'm not a computer whiz, but not sure you'll be able to size it too big. May be wrong tho. One of the other members may be able to help. Good luck. Post a pic ok?
