| Hi all! We moved to Las Vegas this past summer and now I'm really kicking myself for not taking more classes when I lived in Chicago. Does anyone know places for lessons other than glassartinc? They have a bunch of classes but not the best location for me (but doable if it's the only option). I started with stained glass but I'm interested in most things.
2nd question. What type of glass working requires the least amount of space? I figure mosiacs would be one. What else? I have a toddler and the logistics of having a stained glass area just don't work. We rent and there isn't an extra room that I can close off. I wonder about a very small shed type thing in the backyard? Not sure about dealing with the temps though... Any suggestions? I miss glass! |

| if you get the opportunity, go to the glass and bead show in las vegas this year...its usually first weekend in april at southpoint hotel.. there are usually a couple vendors there based in vegas and they are pretty free with info on whats available in classes, supplies, etc. |
