Glass Saw Question

I've got a project that allows me to justify buying a band saw or ring saw. I'm seeing several options ranging in price from $350 -$500. The $2000 saw is not an option. I'd be grateful for any opinions on the various saws that are out there. I'm leaning toward a Gryphon C-40 simply because of it's size. I'd also like to know how long the blades last. I noticed that those aren't exactly free. Thanks

I can only speak about the Taurus 3 ring saw. I have one and so does my good friend, and we both love ours. The blade in mine has lasted for several years and I have used it for cutting plates (!) as well as glass. The replacement blades are pricey; I purchased one several months ago but haven't installed it; still using the original one. I bought the replacement blade on eBay at a substantial savings.
