Thanks, nanatricia and slowmedown. I too love those bright colors. That was a broken bowl (was a one-of-a-kind, signed piece). The inside of the bowl was the bright colors (red, green gold) and the outside of the bowl was the raku - off-white background with the charcoal design. It was hard deciding which side of the bowl to use so I used both!

Thank you, oldcrafty. OK, y'all, I want your opinion. I have been toying with the idea of making her skin from an old, soft shade of olive green vase. What do you think and don't hold back. Second choice, caramel stained glass. I'm stuck until I make this choice.

I'm thinking the caramel color glass but could tell better if you have a picture of each next to the torso.

Good idea, I'll nip some of each and take some pictures.
