| Purposely use the black clay so that I can dry brush whatever color over it.
I can't wait to use these in a piece. |

| Show off! You are welcome to send those up here. LOL I have enuf on my plate with regular clay. No more new stuff to throw money at. I started that pc a few years ago and have a pasta roller and oven and a few tools, but no clay. You guys are making canes I think. I do not have the patience for that. I did get a bunch of end cuts from a gal on ebay that I cut and baked and used in my kitchen backsplash. You did a good job on these. I am drooling. |

| Oh, here they are. You have NO IDEA how I want to try this. I LOVE the double one w/red. What are they, and what are the top right green gems? Did you just lay the gems flat and wind around them, or did you put them on a flat piece of clay first, and then wind? NT's designs and these are making me want to go buy more clay. Thought I'd left it for good, but ...................... |

| Thanks guys. I realize it is rather basic stuff, but I like the look. Flag, I don't have the patience for canes either, altho they are beautiful and I too have a pasta thingy, but I don't use it either. Slow, I just wind the clay around them. The green are some beads I got somewhere, Lord only knows. The red are some crystals that also I aquired somewhere along the way. The good thing about having everything stached in the garage, is when I get started looking, I find all kinds of things I forgot I have! The downside is that darn raccoon that has taken up residence! If you are looking to buy clay, try this online store. I got several lbs at a great price. |
