hanging removeable mosaic backsplash

Hello everyone,

I am finishing up a kitchen remodel and my GC is going to anchor a couple of hooks under my hood so that I can hang mosaics the kids and I make.

I have a couple of questions - is there a general post on this forum that goes through the basics of creating a mosaic?

Does anyone else have a hanging mosaic? If so any advice? Mine will be no larger than 30 by 22. Most will be smaller.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

GB - there are some good tutorials on-line for how to mosaic. Just Google for those. If you mean by "hanging mosaics" wall hangings, yes - lots of us make wall hangings. It is important to put your hangers on your substrate b/f you begin. Sometimes I'm so anxious to start a project that I leave the hangers until last - makes it difficult, but it can be done. What substrate do you plan to use for your first project?
